Step by step to perform KYC

From the ACCOUNT menu, go to the KYC & AIRDROPS section.

You will have to click on agree to the processing of your personal data and then click on continue

Select your country of residence and choose the type of document you will use for registration.

Continue uploading the images of the front and back of your document

Once you have uploaded the images you must click on continue

Click on verify my identity

Next, if you are doing it from a computer with a camera, the camera will turn on and you will have to approach until your face enters the circle that will appear on the screen and then move your head slowly clockwise complementing the circle, as shown in the previous example that you will see appear.

If your computer does not have a camera you will be able to continue doing it from a phone, make sure you have good light otherwise you will make several attempts and they will all be unsuccessful.

As soon as the system takes all the biometric data of your face, the circle will disappear and will give you the Ok.

Once the verification has been completed you will be able to know if it was successful or not by re-entering the KYC & Airdrop menu.

If you are missing any requirement to enable the withdrawal of your funds you will see it in orange color as in the example above (in this case it indicates that the minimum level of the account to enable the withdrawal is 10 and this account is level 7).

You will need to level up by completing achievements on the My Achievements page. Each achievement adds 1 point to your account.
