# I can't withdraw

As you can see in the image above, the orange color indicates that the account needs to be upgraded to enable the withdrawal. 

Other causes that may not allow you to make SPH withdrawals from the platform may be: 

* That the current value of the SPH has not exceeded 0.10 USD.
* That the withdrawal limit for the current period has been exhausted
* That you have already made a previous withdrawal and exceeded your limitThat your withdrawal limit for participating in an airdrop is zero because you did not participate in any airdrop.
* That you have not even passed the KYC and you cannot see this screen.
