Expired Documents

In many countries, due to problems associated with COVID-19, documents are no longer updated, but are still valid in the issuing countries and are still out of date.

If this is your case try to do it with any of the other options of documentation to present using another of the documents still in date, the validator algorithm if it finds a document out of date automatically discards it and you will not be able to successfully pass the KYC.

You will receive a message like the following...

In case you have already uploaded the images of an expired document, remember to delete them before uploading other documents.
